About This Role

Vision Electronics is hiring a Software Developer in Dubai to build and maintain web applications and internal business tools. The role involves turning business needs into working software and supporting the applications after release.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain application features, APIs, and database queries.
  • Work with colleagues to clarify requirements and plan changes.
  • Investigate bugs, identify their causes, and deliver fixes.
  • Write tests, review code, and document changes.
  • Improve application performance, security, and usability.
  • Support releases and resolve issues in deployed applications.

Requirements

  • Practical experience developing and maintaining web applications.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with a modern frontend framework and backend APIs.
  • Ability to work with relational databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Git, code review, testing, and debugging.
